I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the rooms felt significantly cleaner than other places in this price range I've stayed at before, and the location was convenient. However, the noise from the businesses below playing loud music late at night was very disruptive, and the rooftop balcony was not well-maintained, with broken chairs and a less than pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was awesome during my stay, but they were not very helpful with the issue of the AC not working in room 201. On a positive note, they did understand our situation and refunded us for the nights we had to cancel.

The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooms, although small for four people, were comfortable during our stay. The upgrade to include a jacuzzi tub was a nice touch. However, being situated directly above a bar playing Blue Grass music until 2 AM was a downside.

The service was very pleasant and professional. The staff was kind and friendly, despite an issue with my credit card. The wake-up service provided was appreciated.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and event venues. Being close to the start and finish line of the event was convenient. However, the noise from the nearby bar could be bothersome for light sleepers.
